Clinical Education

Conferences: Overview

  • Motor Speech Conference
The Conference on Motor Speech is a biennial meeting initiated in 1982 as the Clinical Dysarthria Conference. It is structured as a dual program format containing two separate tracks (Speech Motor Control and Motor Speech Disorders) each with its own program committee. This format allows it to maintain a broad scope of participants to include those with a primary interest in speech motor control as well as those with an interest in motor speech disorders. The joint tracks are integrated across the entire program.

We are beginning preparations for the 2010 Motor Speech Conference. It will be March 4-7, 2010, in Savannah, GA. Click on the link for more information.
