The Madonna Foundation is here to connect the hearts of donors to the hospital's greatest needs.

Our Mission Statement is as follows: The Madonna Foundation helps generous donors invest in extraordinary rehabilitation.

The Madonna Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Madonna Angel Wings is a grateful patient, family and friends program that honors a Madonna employee or volunteer.
