Any patient who completes their physical or occupational therapy from any of the TherapyPlus clinics qualifies for the Structured Independence Program at Madonna ProActive. This program enables you to continue your exercises and use the pools, weight equipment, and aerobic equipment and also participate in any of the exercise classes at ProActive. If you choose to participate, your therapist will set up an exercise program for you. You will be able to use the program for 30 days free, after which you will be asked to complete a survey to assess your progress. You are welcome to join ProActive as a regular member at the current rates after your Structured Independence program.
TherapyPlus Aftercare is an independent exercise program offered to all patients who have completed their physical and/or occupational therapy program and would like to continue to do exercises on the equipment used for their therapy. If you choose to participate, your therapist will provide you with a program for you to continue during clinic hours. You will need to be familiar and independent with all of the equipment that is used. There is a monthly fee due at the beginning of each month. This service is offered at our Main Campus, O Street and Northwest locations.
