As medical director of Madonna’s Brain Injury Program, Dr. LaHolt develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients, and provides input into overall program planning. Dr. LaHolt is a Lincoln, Neb., native and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). After an internship in Family Medicine at UNMC, he completed the Physician Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program at the University of Missouri-Columbia and attained chief resident status his final year.
As program manager, Dr. Terryberry-Spohr is responsible for the overall management of the Brain Injury Program, including provision of clinical leadership and program development, quality improvement and outcomes management, referral development, and customer relations. Dr. Terryberry-Spohr holds her diplomate in clinical Neuropsychology and has worked for over 20 years with patients who have experienced brain injury. She has presented regionally and nationally on her research in sports related concussion, functional outcomes in rehabilitation and mild traumatic brain injury.
