Clinical Leadership

  • Paul Krabbenhoft, M.D.As medical director of Madonna's Amputation Program, Dr. Krabbenhoft develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients, and provides input into overall program planning. Dr. Krabbenhoft completed a medical residency at the University of Minnesota and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the National Spinal Cord Injury Association. Dr. Krabbenhoft himself injured his spinal cord in a fall and uses a wheelchair for mobility.

  • Julie White, PTJulie White earned her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 1998. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabiltation settings, treating a variety of diagnoses including persons with amputation, multiple trauma, total joint replacement, and general orthopedic injuries. As Program Leader for the Amputation Program, Ms. White is responsible for program development, quality improvement and outcomes management.
