Brain Injury Program: Clinical Leadership

  • Eric Hartman, M.D. Medical director of Madonna's Brain Injury Program

    As medical director of Madonna's Brain Injury Program, Dr. Hartman develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients, and provides input into overall program planning. Dr. Hartman completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and fellowship in traumatic brain injury at the Baylor College of Medicine. He is a member of the Nebraska Medical Association and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

  • Lori Terryberry-Spohr, Ph.D., ABPP Program Manager

    As Program Manager, Dr. Terryberry-Spohr is responsible for the overall management of the Brain Injury Program, including provision of clinical leadership and program development, quality improvement and outcomes management, referral development, and customer relations. Dr. Terryberry-Spohr holds her diplomate in clinical Neuropsychology and has worked for 17 years with patients who have experienced brain injury. She has presented regionally and nationally on her research in sports related concussion, functional outcomes in rehabilitation and mild traumatic brain injury.
