Dr. Seimens

As Program Leader, Michelle Claycomb provides leadership for CARES program development, quality improvement and outcomes management, referral development, and customer relations. Michelle has been a Madonna employee since 2005 and a member of the CARES team since 2006. She has practiced therapy in a variety of settings since 2001, including orthopedic, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation with medically complex patients.

Michelle holds a bachelor of science degree from Concordia College and erned her physical therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
