Be the type that gives!
Madonna ProActive holds blood drives onsite every few months. Please check the newsletter or calendar for the next donation opportunity.
For your convenience, you are able to go to the Nebraska Community Blood Bank's website and sign up for the time most convenient for you. The Blood Drive will only take 20-30 minutes of your day - but can help so many! If you have any questions in regards to signing-up for a time-slot, please contact Wendy Smith-Johnsen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are an avid gym-goer, please plan your workout around your blood donation. The Blood Bank asks that if you work out, please do so beforehand. However allow for ample time to eat a balanced meal and drink plenty of fluids before donating. It is also recommended to avoid strenuous physical exertion and heavy lifting for 12-hours post-donation.
If you have any questions concerning your donation, please contact the Nebraska Community Blood Bank at 1-877-486-9414.
