At Madonna ProActive we value total health and wellness. This includes all aspects of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, as well as holistic wellness. We strive to help all our members reach a state of total wellness.

Our friendly expert staff will meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. Whether you're a novice to fitness, a long time exerciser, or someone who needs medical supervision, Madonna ProActive's service-focus staff will see that you get the customized attention you need to achieve your goals.

Madonna ProActive offers a variety of equipment to meet the needs of all members, regardless of ability. The state-of-the-art equipment is easy and comfortable to use and each piece of equipment is available to all members. The expert Madonna ProActive staff is available to help members get started on the equipment.

  • No matter your running abilities, we hope you will join the ProActive Running Club! Individual programs will be set for everyone.

    ProActive is offering an organized running group for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners with guest speakers, education and great training tips. The program is scheduled to coincide with Lincoln's Marathon and Half-Marathon on May 6, 2012.

    Training has already begun, but it is not too late to join in on the fun. Contact Julie Groeteke or the front desk for more information. $125/member, $150/non-member.

  • Have you tried Kettlebell and want to advance your fitness in a small group setting? This is your opportunity.

    Intermediate students will meet twice/week for 6 weeks with Personal Trainer Matt Dorn. Classes will be held Jan. 9-Feb. 15 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-7:45 p.m.

    Limited class size: only 3-6 participants. Cost: $125/member, $150/non-member.
