Bethany Fulmer, RD/LMNT, has experiences in multiple nutrition areas including cardiovascular disease prevention and management, weight loss, sports nutrition with the Husker Athletic Department, digestive difficulties as well as prenatal, postpartum, infant and early childhood nutrition. She is also an avid runner who enjoys gardening, waterskiing and experimenting with ethnic cuisines.
