Access your Madonna ProActive Account Online!

Your dues at ProActive are drafted automatically the 2nd day of each month. You can view your current and previous statements online.

If you are redirected to a different site asking for facility name, use Madonna.

First time users:

• Select "New Online User?"
• You will be prompted to the "Online account setup"
• Select the button "First Time User"
• Follow the instructions
• Use the MR plus # on the back of your scan card and check the box.

Items you can view and change:

• Current transaction listing
• Old Statements
• Change and update your contact information

Tips:

• The Primary (or Main Member) on the account will be the member with the statements.
