Individuals who sustain serious injury or illness are frequently sent to trauma hospitals to stabilize their medical conditions. Most benefit from intensive patient-centered rehabilitation to help them regain their highest level of independence. As a leader in post-acute rehabilitation, Madonna’s sole focus is to help people who entrust their care to us reach their fullest potential.
Madonna is one of the largest, freestanding rehabilitation hospital systems in the United States. We provide a full continuum of rehabilitative care, including:
SPECIALTY HOSPITALS–A step down from the intensive care unit (ICU) in acute care, this program focuses on rehabilitation of patients with medically complex conditions, chronic illness or catastrophic injury.
REHABILITATION HOSPITALS–Comprehensive coordinated, multidisciplinary medical rehabilitation program with a goal of increasing functional independence and discharge to a community setting.
REHABILITATION DAY PROGRAM–Provides coordinated therapies with physician and nursing oversight focusing on patients’ reintegration to community, work or school.
At Madonna, we employ a team-focused approach. Our director of national sales and nurse liaisons, supported by our expert physicians, travel anywhere in the United States to provide on-site assessments and facilitate the best possible care following a patient’s catastrophic injury.
