Sara Mayers grew up in Derby, Kansas, and moved with her husband to Lincoln, Nebraska in July 2017. Physical Therapy is a unique profession in which therapists get to build a personal relationship with patients. Not only do physical therapists treat the patient’s dysfunction, but also the whole person “with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.”  Sara says this career gives her the opportunity to combine her passion for sports and benefiting the well-being of others. In her spare time, she loves being able to spend time with my family and friends. Sara is a die-hard Kansas State University fan and football season ticket holder. She also enjoys running, weight lifting and participating in any sport.
