Community Health Needs Assessment
Each year, we conduct a community health needs assessment, which helps identify the greatest health needs within our community, for our patients and families, ensuring our resources are appropriately directed toward outreach, prevention, education, and wellness opportunities where the greatest impact can be realized. It has been developed by a committee that researched quantitative and qualitative data to discover unmet needs, as well as provide recommendations for Madonna’s community benefit and strategic planning.
