Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention services aim to reduce workplace injuries by identifying risks and educating employees. Our experts conduct informational sessions to raise individual health awareness and teach better behaviors to employees. Simultaneously, companies that measure physical job demands or conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings take the first step toward creating a culture of health in the workplace.
Injury Management
We focus on helping employers and injured workers navigate the health care system, by providing high-quality care and treatment through Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals, Madonna Outpatient Therapy, and Madonna Wellness Club. Injured employees have immediate access to medical treatment at different locations, and a Madonna Occupational Health and Wellness team member will update employers with physician documentation about the injury status and treatment plan.

Our employees aren’t always able to get away in the middle of the day.
