Post-COVID Rehabilitation Clinic
Madonna offers a specialty clinic to support individuals who are experiencing long-lasting symptoms following a COVID-19 infection. Our interdisciplinary, comprehensive services paired with decades of specialized rehabilitation experience makes us uniquely equipped in assisting patients in achieving their recovery goals.
Know the symptoms. Know you’re not alone. Know where to turn.

Some people may be experiencing symptoms that are causing distress or impacting their daily lives. These symptoms may be connected to lingering effects of COVID-19. Take our assessment to help determine if your symptoms may be related to post-COVID.
If you think you are a candidate for the program, consult your physician for a referral. If you don’t have a primary care provider, contact our clinic at 402.413.3930 for help determining next steps.
The most common symptoms of post-COVID-19 include fatigue, notably during the daytime; tiring easily, especially with activity; and difficulty with mental processing or “brain fog”. However, there are many symptoms that can impact a person’s physical, mental and emotional health and their ability to function.

Post-COVID Patient Stories
Post-COVID Resources for Patients
Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals offers a setting for individuals who may be affected by Post-COVID to find more information, ask questions and receive support. Many find that sharing their story both brings about their own sense of relief, but also empowers others in the group. This feeling of community can be immeasurably useful in the healing process. Post-COVID support groups are offered on both our Lincoln and Omaha campuses, as well as Zoom options. Groups are open to the public and participants are not required to be a patient at Madonna.

Community based post-COVID services are available in-person and virtually through Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital’s Wellness Club. Services are provided by certified health & fitness professionals who have experience working with individuals exhibiting post-COVID symptoms. The experience starts with a consultation to
establish a baseline, understand your goals and develop next steps. Then, individualized exercise sessions are tailored to address your needs. These sessions aim to safely reintroduce exercise and foster independence in your health and wellness
routine. Contact Dennis Scofield at [email protected] to see if this is appropriate for you.
