Registered Nurses

RN Referral Bonus

  • $12,000 if the applicant accepts a position 36 hours or more weekly.
  • $6,000 if the applicant accepts a position 24 hours or more weekly.

*The RN referral bonus will be paid over 18 months. The Madonna employee and the referred employee must remain full-time at Madonna to receive all bonus payments.

RN Sign-On Bonus

  • $12,000: The applicant must accept a full-time (36 hours or more weekly) position as a staff RN to be eligible for the sign-on bonus. 
  • $6,000: The applicant must accept a part-time (24 hours or more weekly) position as a staff RN to be eligible to receive the sign-on bonus. 

*The new employee must remain in a full-time or part-time position, as outlined above, to receive all bonus payments. 

Additional Compensation Opportunities

  • Annual merit pay increases
  • Holiday pay
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    • $5,250 for full-time employees pursuing an LPN, RN or licensed respiratory care practitioner undergraduate degree or certification
    • $2,625 for part-time employees pursuing an LPN, RN or licensed respiratory care practitioner undergraduate degree or certification
    • Eligible employees enrolled in a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program may receive $3,750 to $7,500 per year.
  • CRRN Certification
    • Madonna will pay for any RN to pursue Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) Certification

Licensed Practical Nurses

LPN Referral Bonus

  • $12,000 if the applicant accepts a position 36 hours or more weekly.
  • $6,000 if the applicant accepts a position 24 hours or more weekly.

*The LPN referral bonus will be paid over 18 months. The Madonna employee and the referred employee must remain full-time at Madonna to receive all bonus payments.

CNA Referral Bonus

  • $3,000 if the applicant accepts a position 36 hours or more weekly.
  • $1,500 if the applicant accepts a position 24 hours or more weekly.

*The CNA sign-on bonus will be paid over 18 months. The Madonna employee and the referred employee must remain full-time or part-time at Madonna to receive all bonus payments.

CNA Aide Sign-On Bonus

  • $5,000: The applicant must accept a full-time (36 hours or more per week) position as an CNA to be eligible to receive the sign-on bonus. 
  • $2,500: The applicant must accept a part-time (24 hours or more per week) position as an CNA to be eligible to receive the sign-on bonus. 

*The new employee must remain in a full-time or part-time position, as outlined above, to receive all bonus payments.

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals offers a paid CNA Training Program to help you get certified and started down your career path. Join the Madonna team and get your CNA certificate for free.
