RN SIGN ON BONUS
- $12,000: Applicant must accept a full-time (36 hours or greater per week) position as a staff RN to be eligible for $12,000 sign on bonus.
- $6,000: Applicant must accept a part-time (24 hours or greater per week) position as a staff RN to be eligible for $6,000 sign on bonus.
RN REFERRAL BONUS: $12,000
RN Premium Pay: $3,600
- Bonus is available to full-time (36 hours or greater per week), unit-based nursing staff who pick up one extra shift per week for six weeks.
- No limit to the number of times to participate.
Additional Compensation Opportunities
- Base hourly rate up to $41.00 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime pay up to $61.50 for worked hours over 40 per week
- Select shifts are eligible for increased pay up to $8.00 more per hour

- $5,250 for full-time employees pursuing an LPN, RN or licensed respiratory care practitioner undergraduate degree or certification
- $2,625 for part-time employees pursuing an LPN, RN or licensed respiratory care practitioner undergraduate degree or certification.

- Madonna will pay for any RN to pursue Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) Certification
