Madonna’s Major Multiple Trauma Program provides individuals with comprehensive rehabilitation care after a traumatic accident, which could include several medically complex injuries.
Expert Care Team
A physician-led care team with several health care specialties, including but not limited to physiatry, internal medicine, plastics, orthopedics, neurology, and nephrology.
Specialized Therapy & Technology
Education and specialized therapy to improve strength and mobility while fractured bones mend in a safe and accessible environment. Upon lifting weight-bearing restrictions, the individual may begin a more rigorous therapy schedule and specialized technology.
Community Re-Entry
Focus on community re-entry skills training across all levels of care with Madonna’s team of physical and occupational therapists.
Return to Home
A home assessment completed by Madonna to determine home accessibility needs prior to discharge from inpatient care.
