Professional Interests:
Dr. Holliday’s current focus is the inpatient traumatic brain injury unit therapy services as well as outpatient neuropsychological assessment of adults and older adults. Her focus is on the understanding the impact of neurologic deficits on functional independence with clinical interests in traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, and PTSD/trauma and other mood disorders which impact functioning. Previously, Dr. Holliday is also a licensed occupational therapist, and previously worked primarily in acute inpatient hospitals with patients with brain and spinal cord injuries. Then, Dr. Holliday worked as a contractor with the Department of Defense with active duty Army soldiers who had suffered PTSD and Mild TBI. This experience led Dr. Holliday to return to school to pursue a degree in psychology with specialization in neuropsychology. Dr. Holliday is currently pursuing board certification in neuropsychology.
