Current Compensation Opportunities
CNA Referral Bonus
- $5,000 if the applicant accepts a position of 36 hours or more weekly
- $2,500 if the applicant accepts a position of 24 hours or more weekly.
*The CNA sign-on bonus will be paid over 18 months. The Madonna employee and the referred employee must remain full-time or part-time at Madonna to receive all bonus payments.
