Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals seeks out the best talent available to provide the world-class patient experience we have become known for across the country. Our staff is deeply committed to providing an exceptional experience for every patient by working collaboratively as part of a highly productive team. The length of stay in the rehabilitation environment allows our team to connect with patients and families, forming lifelong bonds. Patients often return to our campuses to visit their care teams and show off their continued progress.
For more than 60 years, Madonna has seen the difference it can make in the recovery process for a patient to have people in their corner who believe in them and are cheering them on. Madonna employees are honored to be that cheering section for each patient, whether we are in direct or indirect support roles. Our team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from various backgrounds, but we are united in our relentless pursuit of helping patients achieve their maximum level of independence and return to their life roles.
Madonna believes in providing our teams with the tools they need to achieve success inside and outside of work. With access to beautiful and well-maintained campus spaces and the latest technology, our clinicians know they have the optimal setting for achieving great results. We invest in the health and wellness of our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off benefits, retirement savings plans and many others.

Professionals, seniors, families and groups find that Volunteer Resources offers unique programs and service opportunities at the hospital and long term care areas. Volunteers of all ages find fulfillment working with staff as they interact with patients in therapies and activities. Individuals and families spend time visiting patients and residents, while other volunteers join the Angel Dog Program and bring four-pawed visitors to Madonna. Volunteers can be found at the front desk, delivering mail, assisting individuals to therapies and working alongside staff in the many support areas throughout Madonna.
Madonna also offers opportunities for individuals considering careers in rehabiltiation to visit our campuses and observe our clinicians at work.
Angel Dogs have been bringing a sense of being at home to patients at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital since 2000. Numerous patients and their families have been given a refreshing welcome change in routine and something different to look forward to during a day filled with therapies.
Madonna's Peer Volunteer Program matches individuals with disabilities with people who are just starting the process of rehabilitation for the purpose of listening, sharing meaningful life experiences and providing hope for the future.
