Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Alysia has been a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Madonna since September of 2018 after graduating from the COTA program at Central Community College in Grand Island. Alysia has experience in treating patients with neurological conditions and geriatric patients in our outpatient clinic and on our long-term care unit. She started in the Rehab Day Program full time in July of 2022 working with the adult population, treating neurological conditions, i.e. stroke, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries. When she’s not working, Alysia enjoys spending time with her family, her friends, and her dogs. Alysia enjoys staying in with her husband and dogs, reading and doing crossword puzzles.
