We invite you to join us on Saturday, May 16th, for the first annual Pedal for Madonna spring bike ride. Held at Mahoney Park in Lincoln, check-in will open at 8 AM.

Designed to be fully inclusive, the event offers 1-, 3-, and 10-mile routes to accommodate riders of all abilities. In addition to the ride, we are proud to partner with Spokes Fighting Strokes for an Adaptive Cycling Expo. This expo provides a dedicated space for individuals with mobility limitations to explore and test a wide variety of adaptive cycling equipment.

1st Annual Spring Bike Ride

Pick Your Pace

10 Mile Route | Starts at 9 a.m.

Riders participating in the out and back 10-mile route will begin in Mahoney Park, and will exit west along the David Murdock Trail for approximately three miles, and then continue west along the John Dietrich Trail for approximately two additional miles. The turnaround is located near 40th and Adams St.

This route is 98% paved. There is a small section of crushed gravel coming out of Mahoney Park.

3 Mile Route | Starts at 9:30 a.m.

Riders participating in the 3-mile route will begin in Mahoney Park, and will exit east onto the David Murdock Trail for approximately 1.5 miles before turning back to end the ride in Mahoney Park.

This route is primarily crushed gravel.

1 Mile Route | Starts at 9:45 a.m.

Riders participating in the 1-mile route will do a singular lap around Mahoney Park.

This route is all paved concrete.

Big fun for little riders

Bring the whole family! Enjoy face painting, balloon animals, and a variety of games to keep the good times going. Kids can also explore a dedicated play area at Mahoney Park’s inclusive playground—designed so children of all abilities can play, explore, and laugh together.
