Recent Madonna TherapyPlus patient Ted Gray and his wife, Meredith honored their dedicated Omaha Campus care team and other supportive employees they met along their rehab journey with Madonna Angel Wings Awards.
The Iowan severely damaged his spinal cord in a fall last summer. The trauma also caused a debilitating stroke. Ted did his inpatient rehabilitation at the Lincoln Campus where he and his wife also honored dozens of employees with Angel Wings.
In Ted’s message to his Madonna Angels, he shared: “Thanks for going above and beyond in my care at Madonna. I appreciate everything you did for me. You’ve earned your wings and then some.”
Through the Madonna Angel Wings program, a grateful patient, and/or a family member, can make a gift to the Madonna Foundation in honor of someone who provided exceptional care. Donations to the Angel Wings Program support world-class rehabilitation at Madonna. Grateful patients have honored 937 employees and volunteers since the program began in 2012.
